Lucas Meier is a founding partner of Barcli Hospitality Management LLC and Managing Partner & Member of the board at Macun Capital Partners AG.
Before co-founding Macun Capital Partners in 2014 he was responsible for the national and international Hospitality Business and Business Development within the Real Estate Asset Management division at Credit Suisse for 7 years. He was the driving force behind the conceptualization and realization of a Hospitality Investment fund and was responsible for its launch (2010), flotation (2012) and general management during four years.
Between 2004 and 2007 Lucas was Managing Director of a Swiss hotel company with ten properties in Switzerland and was the Swiss entity’s representative in the executive board of Hospitality Alliance with more than 80 hotels internationally. Previously he was a consultant with a national and international consulting and trust company focused on the hospitality industry. Between 1999 and 2002 he served as head of commerce at an international tourism company and as business manager for 52 resorts (hotels & apartments) and their commerce operations in Europe, the USA and Egypt. Until 1999, he worked for seven years as General Manager and Resort Manager in the vacation and business hospitality industry.

Meinhard Huck is founding partner of barcli hospitality management LLC and Chairman & Partner at Macun Capital Partners AG.
Between 2003 and 2013 Meinhard served as the president of Swissotel Hotels & Resorts. In this role he was responsible for the successful build-up and management of over 40 Hotels, the international expansion of the chain and the close collaboration with owners/investors.
Prior to entering Swissôtel & Resorts in 1997 Meinhard served as Vice President at Scotts Holding Ltd. where he was in charge of the development and acquisition of serviced-apartments and all-suite hotels.
During the 1990s he co-founded a middle market hotel company and successfully expanded the portfolio to 11 properties for institutional clients. At the time this was the largest private hotel start-up deal in the UK.
Since 2004 he serves as an Honorary Member of the Cornell Hotel Society and is a member of the International Advisory Council at the Strathclyde Business School.
Finance & Business Support
Isidoro’s main focus and responsibilities are on finance, business support and auditing. Isidoro has a long-standing and well-founded specialist knowledge in the field of finance and business support, as well as in the area of M & A and internal auditing. Isidoro started his career at Swissôtel in accounting and over the last 30 years has held various executive positions at Swissôtel and Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, (FRHI).
In his last position at FRHI as Vice President, Isidoro was responsible for finance & business support Europe. Isidoro was actively involved in various acquisitions and asset sales during his tenure with FRHI.
He has a profound knowledge of several accounting systems, he was professionally active in Europe, Asia and North America and has a corresponding country-specific expertise.
Sales & Marketing & Revenue Management
Penny provides Barcli Hospitality Management with professional support in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital presence and Social Media. In addition, she designs and directs implementation processes for hotel development opportunities.
Penny has extensive international executive experience with Raffles and Swissôtels, undertaking projects in UK, Continental Europe, Asia, The Americas and Egypt.
Penny is Founder and Managing Director of Inn-telligence Ltd, a London based Management Company formed in 2006 and an associated company of Barcli Hospitality Management.
Construction & Project Management
Peter’s professional goals are focused on developing and providing profound expertise, of international architecture and the construction industry. For the past 20 years Peter has developed a wide experience as project manager and owner's representative for large construction projects such as hotels, schools, residential developments, hospitals and restaurants in Europe, incl. GUS, Asia, Africa and North America. Peter is specialized in hospitality and residential developments with a responsible and respectful exposure to design and the environment, as well as a sustainable focus for the future.
His most important activities in the hotel Industry included client representation and planning advisory mandates for Fairmont / Raffles / Swissôtel from 2005 to 2014.
Since 2016 he has had the mandate for MOXY / Residence Inn Marriott products / Renaissance and Courtyard by Marriott.
His extraordinary intercultural management capability, combined with his professional competences, diplomatic negotiation and leadership skills are the key factors for his successful work.
His education includes Architectural studies at the ETH Zurich - and MAS Business Engineer ZHAW. Furthermore, he is the founder of Kessinger Architektur und Gestaltungs GmbH, Zürich.
