Lucas Meier is a founding partner of Barcli Hospitality Management LLC and Managing Partner & Member of the board at Macun Capital Partners AG.
Before co-founding Macun Capital Partners in 2014 he was responsible for the national and international Hospitality Business and Business Development within the Real Estate Asset Management division at Credit Suisse for 7 years. He was the driving force behind the conceptualization and realization of a Hospitality Investment fund and was responsible for its launch (2010), flotation (2012) and general management during four years.
Between 2004 and 2007 Lucas was Managing Director of a Swiss hotel company with ten properties in Switzerland and was the Swiss entity’s representative in the executive board of Hospitality Alliance with more than 80 hotels internationally. Previously he was a consultant with a national and international consulting and trust company focused on the hospitality industry. Between 1999 and 2002 he served as head of commerce at an international tourism company and as business manager for 52 resorts (hotels & apartments) and their commerce operations in Europe, the USA and Egypt. Until 1999, he worked for seven years as General Manager and Resort Manager in the vacation and business hospitality industry.
Lucas is a Swiss certified Hotelier-Restaurateur HF / SHL, holds a Commercial Diploma from the Association of Swiss Business Schools (VSH) and joined business school courses with a focus on finance, marketing and management at GSBA Zurich.

Meinhard Huck is founding partner of barcli hospitality management LLC and Chairman & Partner at Macun Capital Partners AG.
Between 2003 and 2013 Meinhard served as the president of Swissotel Hotels & Resorts. In this role he was responsible for the successful build-up and management of over 40 Hotels, the international expansion of the chain and the close collaboration with owners/investors.
Prior to entering Swissôtel & Resorts in 1997 Meinhard served as Vice President at Scotts Holding Ltd. where he was in charge of the development and acquisition of serviced-apartments and all-suite hotels.
During the 1990s he co-founded a middle market hotel company and successfully expanded the portfolio to 11 properties for institutional clients. At the time this was the largest private hotel start-up deal in the UK.
Since 2004 he serves as an Honorary Member of the Cornell Hotel Society and is a member of the International Advisory Council at the Strathclyde Business School.
